Skip Lunch Fight Hunger is every New Yorker’s opportunity to help City Harvest fight hunger.

City Harvest will be recognizing the Top Five teams by placing their company logo or team name on one of our iconic City Harvest trucks for an entire year. It’s our way of having you along for the ride.

Raise enough money to be one of our top 25 teams and you’ll have the chance to win a smorgasbord of prizes from caring New York businesses (see sampling below, complete list here).

The top 25 teams will also be thanked in a full page Metro NY ad. See last year’s here. **

This year, all teams that hit the $500 fundraising mark by Tuesday, April 20, 2010 will be eligible to win exclusive tickets to the LUCKYRICE Asian Food Festival. Raise $1000 or more and your name will be entered twice. Imagine yourself at:

Rules

  1. Top 25 teams for the incentives prizes are determined by total funds raised and collected/deposited at Citibank or online by 5pm EST on Wednesday, May 19, 2010.
  2. The Top 25 Teams to be entered in the raffle are not guaranteed for inclusion for the Metro Ad.
  3. On Skip Lunch Fight Hunger Day, Wednesday, May 12, 2010, the team/participant to raise the most donations will receive a prize. Totals will be calculated based on May 12, 2010 deposits and online donations – winner selected on May 13, 2010.
  4. Incentives packages will be distributed at the conclusion of Skip Lunch Fight Hunger campaign.
  5. Participants can only win once. Incentives are subject to change.
  6. All teams will have until June 17, 2010 to complete all deposits and fundraising to be included in the Official Top Ten and Top 25 Teams.**
*Incentive prizes will be grouped into prize packages. Each of the top 25 teams will be entered by raffle to win one of 5 packages.
